Think about fixed and variable costs at an organization with which you are familiar. What costs makeup the product or service? Which costs vary? Which ones remain the same (fixed)? 2. Watch both "Day in the Life of a CPA - CFO" and "The Job of a CFO at a Scaling Company." (I know Sherry Davis!) What is one take away from either video? Consider (1) when you should hire a CFO and (2) how a CEO (chief executive officer) and CFO (chief financial officer) should work together.
