In this module, we have learned that leaders and those in charge use different types and bases of power to achieve goals and to motivate others to follow their lead.

$1.$ Describe a leader or boss in your life and provide examples of their actions and leadership to identify the type and base of power$($s$)$ they have utilized.

$2.$ In addition, identify specific power tactics they have used and classify them as either ethical or unethical $(13\mathrm{.}2).$

$3.$ Lastly, describe any situations or interactions in this setting where you have observed or been involved in political behavior or strategies. This can be a situation that involved others or perhaps only you and another person. You may have been the one attempting to achieve something through this political behavior or you may have been the victim of unethical political behavior. Either way, reflecting and understanding motivations and reasoning for specific behavior is useful in distinguishing how we$,$ and others, utilize power in organizations.
