Think about your observations regarding teamwork in your current work environment. Does it use quality circles or self-managed teams? What are the barriers you have observed or experienced? What empowerment have you had in that environment? What elements of that environment enhance or encourage group problem solving, decision making, and/or empowerment? (If you do not work currently, you can use a previous experience or discuss this question with a friend who does). Prepare a memo to the company leader describing your observations in this workplace. Be sure to address it in a memo format and be very clear about what you observed. Please integrate your readings into the memo as well as from any other articles or other research you have done
