Think back to a group work experience, a group assignment or activity at school, or maybe even a project where you were working with a small group for a volunteer organization. Then answer the following questions.

1.) Describe the situation and the problem. Be thorough.

2.) At what point in the four parts of Tuckman's Team Development Model did the problem occur? Be thorough.

3.) If you were in the situation again, how might you have either headed off the problem or fixed issues? Again, make sure to be thorough and explain where in the model you could have made the fix. It might not be at the same point the problem occurred. Maybe there was a previous or later stage that would have been most effective for fixing or preventing the problem. Keep in mind that you CANNOT say "I just wouldn't do group work" or "I just wouldn't work with that person."
