I as a customer will present you with my idea, which you will try to turn into a project. My Idea will be specifically presented in an incomplete and unprofessional way.

Since you are competing to impress me as your potential future client, every email you are sending me should be grammatically correct, logical, well-formatted and holding targeted questions.

The Objective is to present me with a list of steps to accomplish the project as well as a simple mockup. In order to come up with that list, you will have to gather together brainstorm it and send me an email with questions if you find it necessary.

Customer Idea: I am the CEO of a small telecom Company XYZ B2B. Due to the pandemic and our new packages we intensively increase our customers. Our point of sale representative is overloaded because they have to manually include each customer data into our 4 systems. It will be very helpful if you can provide me with a zero-touch resolution.

You need to make a proper business email and also ask 4 questions to client in the email about the company(about the company working or anything you wish and you have to impress the client to give you the project) to take the project of the company.
