In the process of this activity, you must: Book appointments using the required technology that is commonly used within your organisation Take into consideration the needs and requirements of the relevant person Negotiate changes to schedules to suit relevant person(s) Follow organisational protocols and privacy legislation in regards to organising and planning business meetings, events, and schedules Speak clearly, concisely, and professionally at all times Make relevant and appropriate notes Remain polite, respectful, and positive throughout the meeting
