Recently, Canada has been dealing with its tragic history and the ongoing legacy of residential schools. On September 30th, we acknowledged this important day by supporting a time to reflect and learn and commemorate the legacy of residential schools and the resilience of survivors. We as Canadians have a responsibility to acknowledge, recognize and educate ourselves and taking actionable steps towards reconciliation.
In thinking about cultural intelligence and our own Canadian history, let's discuss how our progress is:

- Where do you think YOU personally are in terms of our own Canadian cultural intelligence? Why?
