This assessment requires you to submit a Continuous Improvement Plan that demonstrates your ability to plan a continuous improvement process in the workplace.

This event is based ontheGelos Enterprises scenario shared in your work package,or alternatively, you may base the assessment on your own organisation.

The continuous improvement plan must be presented as a word document. You may choose to include any relevant tables, graphs and/or diagrams to support the communication of your proposed ideas. Your plan must include the following sections:

1. Overview of theorganisation

Describe the organisation, including details about the size, structure, culture and anticipated future growth. Your response should be 50-100 words.

1. Improvements to be achieved
   1. Identify the improvements to be achieved by the continuous improvement plan. The plan must include at least:
      1. one technology-focused improvement(For example, update software system to improve knowledge management systems and communication)
      2. one system improvement(For example, improve reporting or communication system to improve stakeholder engagement)
   2. Explain why each improvement is required.
   3. Identify and list the tasks and timelines for each improvement to be achieved.
2. Stakeholder analysis

Identify the key stakeholders and their role in the continuous improvement process and how you will communicate with them. Your response should be 50-100 words.

1. Implementation strategies

Describe your strategies for implementation. Specifically, address how you will:

1. develop decision-making processes to assist continuous improvement
2. encourage and engage the team
3. capture team progress, insights, and experience through knowledge management systems
4. communicate and consult with relevant parties
5. train staff (techniques to be used for different staff members)
6. meet the organisation's sustainability requirements
7. ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
8. Monitoring processes

List and explain the processes you will use to monitor the progress of your plan. Specifically, explain

1. types, content and regularity of reports and communications
2. how will you measure effectiveness?
3. how will your plan adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and protocols?
4. Manage opportunities for further improvement

Identify and explain two methods used to record, consolidate, and manage opportunities for further improvement. Your response should be 50-100 words.

From the strategies identified in question 4 (c), develop two sample processes of how you will train employees to enable them to participate effectively in continuous improvement.
