This assignment aims to utilize a basic planning technique, the WBS$,$ used in planning

projects to define a project$$s scope and begin the construction planning process, identifying

and listing the tasks required to complete the project. The list of activities should roughly

relate to what you have specified in your WBS$.$ This assignment should be submitted in a

neat, easy$-$to$-$understand, and professional format.

Assume Oregon State University is planning a new Learning Innovation Center $($LInC$)$

building on the OSU campus. The building will provide classroom and office space for OSU

faculty and students. You are asked to prepare:

$1.$ A detailed description of the scope of work for the project $($work involved, high$-$level

measurements such as total area, volume, or linear feet, and any additional notes on

the work performed that you find of interest related to the scope of work$)$

$2.$ A sketch, a picture, or a Google Street view of the project $($remember to cite your

sources$).$

$3.$ A work breakdown structure $($WBS$)$ drawing containing at least three sub$-$

division levels to identify the required tasks for the design and construction of the

building. Be creative in reporting.

$4.$ A table with the corresponding list of tasks. List the subdivision levels nested as sub$-$
