• Location: Boston Marriott Copley Place
• Expected Attendance: 2,000, culinary professionals and food media (bloggers, writers, TV chefs, etc)

  • Attached trade show with stage for various demonstrations
  • Opening reception on July 7th, closing reception on July 10th
