Office Manager need to manage? Choose one for this assignment. It could be a

company meeting, party or training event, office relocation, technology implementation

or others. You will need to include a business case and ROI $($return on investment$)$

analysis$/$calculation$.$

You will need to get creative here of course, so you might want to identify an existing

company or a department that you worked in or a company in an industry you would

like to work for.

Develop a Project Charter including the items listed below

Remember for your project charter you will need to identify the following:

Project Statement of Work $-$ a section that describes the project vision and$/$or

mission, goals, deliverables and work that needs to be done to get there

Business Case $-$ A section that supports the project with measurable

FINANCIAL outcomes. Remember to identify the ROI.

Budget $-$ Demonstrates capital requirements, ongoing costs and returns Enterprise Environmental Factors $-$ a section that describes what is happening

in the organization today that might impact the project. Are there any industry

factors that need to be considered?

Organizational Process Assets $-$ A section that describes what resources, $($if any$)$

does the organization have available. Just make something up and don't spend a

lot of time on this because you don't really have a lot to draw on$.$

Stakeholder Contract $-$ could be an internal, $($with other employees or

departments$)$ or external client contract. Remember to identify specific

measurable deliverables within the contract. For now, this will be your team

agreement. You have been provided with a template below for this purpose.

Consolidate all elements into a word document properly formatted with a table of

contents. You are trying to sell the idea of your project and request for project approval.
