This assignment has two parts:

Create a flowchart of the four stages of consultation: consultation, entry, diagnosis, and implementation. You may use any software program you like; paste the flowchart into a Word document if you created it in another program. Be sure to map the major as well as the minor elements involved in the process.

Describe and evaluate, in a paper, two healthcare consulting scenarios: one in which the process is followed well, and another which ignores or skips key sections. Provide examples to illustrate your findings. Conclude with a brief critique of the consulting program and steps you used and how this may benefit your future dissertation work.
