This assignment has two parts:

First: the presentation $($you should register and present $10-15$ minutes during the selected OGL class$),$ the video should be recorded and on MS Teams;

Second: the report that you should attach here.

$1-$ Understanding of Digital Transformation Concepts $(10\%)$

Excellent: Demonstrates a thorough understanding of relevant digital transformation concepts and technologies. Uses industry$-$specific terminology accurately.

Good: Shows a good understanding with minor inaccuracies or omissions.

Satisfactory: Basic understanding is evident but lacks depth or contains several inaccuracies.

Needs Improvement: Concepts are not understood or are incorrectly explained.

$2-$ Analysis of the Case Study $(5\%)$

Excellent: Provides an insightful, thorough analysis of the case study. Identifies and discusses all essential elements and challenges related to digital transformation.

Good: Analysis is well done but may miss some less apparent elements or connections.

Satisfactory: Covers basic points of the case study without deeper analysis or missing significant issues.

Needs Improvement: Analysis is superficial or incomplete; fails to identify critical aspects of the case.

$3.$ Solution and Strategy Formulation and Change Management $(5\%)$

Excellent: Proposes creative, realistic, and well$-$supported solutions and strategies for the challenges identified. Clearly aligns with digital transformation goals.

Good: Proposes solid solutions with adequate justification. Minor gaps in alignment or feasibility may exist.

Satisfactory: Solutions are proposed but lack creativity or detailed support. Some solutions may not be feasible.

Needs Improvement: Solutions are unrealistic, poorly explained, or unsupported by the analysis.

$4.$ Presentation Skills and Delivery $(5\%)$

Excellent: Engaging and clear presentation style; professional demeanour; excellent use of visual aids; keeps to time limits$.$

Good: Generally clear and professional but may have minor issues with engagement or clarity.

Satisfactory: Presentation is understandable but not engaging; may have issues with pacing or clarity.

Needs Improvement: Difficult to follow due to poor delivery, lack of preparation, or ineffective time use.

$5.$ Use of Evidence and Research $(5\%)$

Excellent: Makes excellent use of data, research, and evidence to support claims and strategies; sources are reputable and effectively integrated.

Good: Good use of data and sources but may rely on less reputable sources or integrate them less effectively.

Satisfactory: Some use of evidence, but it's often irrelevant or poorly integrated.

Needs Improvement: Lacks meaningful evidence, or sources are irrelevant or unreliable.
