In part I, you will develop a mini$-$BSC on your one strategic theme. The BSC is a metrics view of the Strategy Map.$$

You will look at each strategic objective on your map and develop an in process or outcome measure for the BSC$.$ The measure should be a one or two word metric with a target and timeframe. On the Strategy Map, you may have had an objective to improve patient satisfaction on HCAHPs. In Part $2,$ in a paragraph for each item, develop an Execution Plan Summary to address the following:

BSC Cascade. Describe how you will cascade the BSC throughout the organization as a deployment$/$execution tool.$$Strategy Review Plans. Describe processes and frequency of strategy reviews. Who will be involved?Leadership Implications. Describe the key leadership competencies that will be important for the team to embody in leading strategic management.$$
