You serve as the Project Director in your department and have been assigned responsibility to design and implement a new product. You have hired 3 Project Teams internally. Team-l's members are mostly university interns who are enthusiastic and excited to learn, but still lack both the confidence and skills in developing and implementing the project on their own. Team-2 on the other hand have been working together over the past 3 years in designing and implementing the organization's plans and projects with your input and facilitation from time to time. However, now you feel they have developed all the necessary skills through their experience and have enough confidence and expertise to help them design the new product you are about to introduce to them without your input or facilitation. As for Team-3, its members have worked together for several months.
