Team-l's members are mostly university interns who are enthusiastic and excited to learn, but still lack both the confidence and skills in developing and implementing the project on their own. Team-2 on the other hand have been working together over the past 3 years in designing and implementing the organization's plans and projects with your input and facilitation from time to time.
