This assignment involves students (in groups of 2-3) selecting a VUCA challenge faced by leaders within Facebook's organisation. The VUCA challenge should be analysed from a leadership perspective. Students are expected to:

• analyse the facts of the VUCA challenge, including identifying any emerging conflicting and/or opposing issues that make leadership within this context difficult.
• analyse the relevant theoretical issues related to leading within VUCA environments as relevant to their chosen organisation.
• develop their group's opinion of the degree to which the organisations leaders need to develop/enhance their leadership capabilities to improve their organisational responses within a VUCA
• make critical recommendations as to what leadership changes could be made to improve organisational decisions making.
