Conduct a participation$-$observation study, as described in the Driskill text, of the organization you have selected for your project. Provide an analysis of the organization$$s culture using the following questions as starting points:

What are the key communication activities through which organizational sensemaking occurs? Focus on members$$ use of stories, constructs, rituals, metaphors, and so forth. In other words, provide a preliminary analysis of the organization$$s culture$--$how do the members collectively produce meaning through communication processes?
