In this assessment, you will be examining the effectiveness of the ZOOM program as a vehicle for business communications. You will recall that in my earlier introduction announcement I flagged that the use of Zoom as a business communications' tool would be THE key theme for this course.

You will essentially be examining whether ZOOM enhances business communications or whether it hinders the proper functioning of business say by being a distraction to staff, customers and other stakeholders. In other words, I want you to prepare 5 annotations that support ZOOM; that is, it's a useful tool for business communications AND 5 annotations against ZOOM; that is, it is an ineffective and unproductive tool for business communications.

This case study on Zoom will be the theme of your annotated bibligrophy where you are to examine 10 sources that deal with the case for and against ZOOM as a tool for business communications.
