This assignment is an application of the material found in chapter $5$ of the book. The job evaluation method used is the point method $($pg $153).$

The instructor will select the best $13$ job descriptions from the class and put them in blackboard to be used in this assignment. There are eight compensable factors in this set of warehousing jobs each one of equal weight. The job evaluation form can be found on blackboard.

Using the pay plan spreadsheet $($found in blackboard$),$ assign point values for each of the compensable factors found in Job Evaluation tab of the spreadsheet.

For the $7$ jobs where we did not create job descriptions, evaluate those jobs using your best judgement $($and research$).$ Input those point values into the job evaluation tab.
