- 1 Vision/Benefit Statement related to the goal of attending Conestoga or selecting the PM Program
- 1 Goal related to vision, specific to attending Conestoga or selecting the PM Program

- 2 Deliverables related to the objective. Include a target date for each deliverable.

Final Version
- From the Initial version:
- Do not change the Initial Version (it serves as a point of comparison)
- Take the Vision from the Initial version and make any recommended improvements
- Take the Goal from the Initial version and make any recommended improvements
- Take the Objective from the Initial version and make any improvements
- Include a status update for the deliverables. A status reflects information like the progress or lack of progress and reason(s) why, it could include if you completed the deliverable and information about how it went etc.
- For the Final Version
- Create 1 new objective related to the same goal
- Create 2 new deliverables related to the new objective
