The project is to organize Guelph Soccer Tournament for this Spring $2024.$ There are $16$ teams that will participate in the tournament. The winner will take the prize of $$10000.$ The second and third teams will take $$5000$ and $$2000$ respectively. You need to find a suitable venue. During the tournament, referees, security staff, cleaning staff, match organizers, etc. are needed. Sponsorship and ticket sales should cover all the cost of the tournament. Your project includes organizing the system for registering the sponsors, participants, games, and ticket sales. The tournament may last $4$ days. The organizers want to use the event for fundraising, and you need to prepare the facilities and systems for fund raising. The project includes organizing entertainment activities, such as a raffle, a juggling contest, and other typical activities for children and adults.
