Question: This assignment is your key project in this course, a substitute for the final exam, and it holds a value of 25% of your final

This assignment is your key project in this course, a substitute for the final exam, and it holds a value of 25% of your final mark. It will help you refresh and structure ideas and concepts from the course and successfully apply them to real-life situations.

You have to create a presentation consisting of two parts: Part 1 SELF-REFLECTION and Part 2 PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

SELF-REFLECTION PART is designed to demonstrate what you have learned from the course and how you can apply this knowledge to your life and career. In each class we discuss many different ideas, concepts, and frameworks. You must choose TWO of them, which you find particularly relevant to you, from each live class and develop them, reflecting on your experience and creating action points. You should not re-write theoretical concepts, but rather customize them and provide your audience with thorough and thoughtful analysis.

Recommended structure: three slides for each of 10 live classes you attended during the course (30 slides altogether).

First slide must solidly justify your choice of these two concepts. What made these concepts/ideas special to you: their overall relevance? some situations from your past? some new perspective you discovered?

Second and third slides should focus on each of the chosen concepts respectively: reflect on your experience and formulate specific action points relevant to you personally. Avoid generalizations and one-size-fits-all ideas. If you target A grades, you must provide some relevant statistical data and relevant research findings beyond the content of the textbook.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN PART should tell the audience about your own development plans. You must present short-term (1 year), medium-term (3-5 years) and long-term (10-20 years) plans separately. Recommended structure: one slide with list of goals for each plan and 1-2 more slides with some extra information: quantitative and qualitative KPIs, enablers, obstacles, measures, time frames, etc. (6-8 slides altogether). Try to be as specific as possible, making your plans tailor-made and relevant to you.

  2. You demonstrated a decent level of self-awareness and critical thinking
  3. You provided thorough in-depth analysis, supporting it with data and personal examples
  4. Frameworks, ideas, concept and terminology from each class are used in your presentation

  6. Professional terminology is incorporated naturally and used appropriately
  7. Your slides employ grammar, punctuation and vocabulary appropriate for MBA level
  8. Your slides are engaging for the audience: do not overwhelm them with text, use a variety of Powerpoint tools available
  9. Your future plans are connected with the results of your reflection
  10. You properly acknowledged all sources you used, it is recommended to allocate 1-2 slides at the end of the presentation for references
  11. (*) In order to get A grades for the Final Project you must go beyond the content of the textbook and in-class explanations in your presentation, self-studying some concepts and using them in your slides.
