Are you a task-oriented person or a people oriented-person, or both? Are you goal-driven or process-oriented? Do you have a strong sense of time-urgency? Do you value collaboration, competition, social harmony, discipline? You might also perhaps consider situations or circumstances that you could find problematic or troublesome as a leader.
