1. $1.5 million budget
2. 15 people full-time equivalent (FTE)
3. 1-year duration

Form a team for the project by completing these steps:

1. For the following generic phases (initiation, design, development, quality assurance, deployment) of the project, define specific activities (e.g., use the work breakdown structure or user stories format) to be carried out. For example, the design phase of a website development project may include activities such as front-end design, back-end design, database design, and graphics/UX design.
2. Define the team breakdown by job type (e.g., senior developer, junior developer, designer, QA, etc.). The team composition may include fully-dedicated or partially-dedicated roles, i.e., you may make do with a part-time tech writer or system architect, but ay least some of the developers would have to be full-time.
3. Assign the team members to activities identified in step 1 and justify your choices by critically discussing the following topics:
   • Team composition (e.g., the number of people in a specific role, like developers or QA)
   • Risks relevant in each of the phases (at least five in total)
   • Critical success factors for the project (at least three)
