The biggest pain point in our business is when the number of clients decrease to the point that it can no longer cover the expenses needed to run the business. While the opportunity is giving a job to our jobless family members and we were able to meet different vloggers and artist nationwide.
-What does impact look like in the first 30-60-90 days?
On the first month we started the Princess Car Surprised Delivery 5 yrs ago, we just do delivery through the jeepney with flow ers, cakes and balloons to some of our close friends, and family members. We posted the pictures in social media. Then later on, we tried to open the delivery to all even to a new customer. That is how we started our business. By the second month, we do monthly deliveries such as Valentine's day , Mother's day, father's day, grandparents day,..
By the third moth, we noticed that our followers in social media are increasing and a lot of customers were inquiring and availing our service.
Whats your management and communication style?
Transformational management style is the best for me, since pur business needs to be in line with the growing demands and changing customs of the society. We need to be "in" and to blend in in the likes and styles of this generation. That's why, our business blooms from simple jeepney deliveries to innovative car surprised in a van with tv screen for video greetings and pictures.
-What are my core responsibilities?
I am the one who managed the financial aspects of the business. I tracked the amount of gasoline, tolls, materials to be used and van maintenance.
-What is the optimal time allocation between these responsibilities?
My business is not like a 8-5 working station. We don't have time limit to do this. But, we make sure to take a rest after a long and tirring work.
We do nationwide deliveries all throughout Luzon, and our schedule is based on our clients. If we have delivery in Pangasinan, and Batangas in the same day, then we need to choose one to give service to. Since, going to Pangasinan is 8 hour day drive, it will be impossible to reach Batangas City if the client wants a 1;00 pm delivery. We do our schedule based on what our client needs.
Posting pictures and videos also takes time, since we market our business through social media.. we make sure to update our clients with our prices and changes in the schedule accordingly.
