As the newly appointed Chief of Staff for your Senator, you've been asked to review this report and provide him/her with your two page narrative supporting your analysis and resulting opinion. In other words, your advice will provide the material for your Senator's allotted time on the floor (5 minutes) and an eventual yea or nay vote on the Senate floor regarding federal legislation focusing on how an income tax would apply for an individual when working for a company headquartered in one state while living and working remotely in another state.

Don't be afraid to integrate any other information you might come upon including this week's lecture series. At the end of your analysis, and analyzing the Supreme Court ruling, answer the question, "what would your recommendation be to your Senator, and why?
