This assignment will require you to do some outside research. Find a recent example (no more than two years) of when OSHA was called in to investigate a job related injury or death. Describe what happened and if possible what OSHA 's findings were after their investigation. Also what was or what should be implemented to prevent this from happening in the future. This project can be presented in a 2-3 page double spaced paper with proper citation (resource page and title page do not count towards the page count) or as a PowerPoint of no less than 6 slides (title and reference page not included in this count).
