Choose any Occupational Health and Safety Program topic or key workplace topic discussed or to be discussed in the course. Note: This should be a program element, not the Policy referred to in $25(2)($J$)$

Write the standard$/$guideline$.$ Use the process outlined on SHRM in policy development, and research examples of Canadian Health and safety policies and procedures $($a step$-$by$-$step process which should clearly articulate what steps are required and by whom to comply with the policy and legislation$).$

Once you have drafted the policy, outline the strategies that you would use to implement this policy in the workplace and explain your rationale. The final step is to write the procedure or program to correspond to the policy.
