In this course, we have touched upon some of the most important personal finance topics affecting the US economy today.$$

Families have both operating and capital budgets that they need to manage.

Consumers manage their expenditures and may need to borrow if they do not have

enough income to cover their expenses.

Housing costs are rising, rents are climbing, and consumer inflation is around $8\mathrm{.}5\%$ per year.

Students will review the current state of the economy and how best to make informed personal financial decisions given this economic context.$$ This capstone paper will give you an opportunity to address the issues which are affecting households today. You are expected to apply the personal finance product knowledge you have learned during the semester and relate these topics to the dynamic changes in our US economy. Include which tools you would use to help you make conclusions.
