Your parents have delegated you the responsibility to move into new house. It is a very big

task and you are taking it as a project. You have discussed the arrangements with the mover.

You have identified 9 activities to be accomplished during the move operation. Activity

codes are listed in table below. Optimistic time (to), Most likely time (tm), and Pessimistic

time (tp) limits are also given in table in units of days. Using the Probabilistic time estimate

formula find the following:
