This chapter talks about the need for and protections for a whistle blower.

It was the actions of a whistle blower that brought forth the allegations that President Trump extorted the Ukrainian President to announce an investigation into his political opponent Joe Biden and his son beforehe would provide$395 million in military aid approved by Congress. Ukraine was facing an invasion of forces from Russia at the time.

As a result of the investigation into the whistle blowers claim,President Trump was impeached by Congress.

During the weeks leading up to the impeachment, the President called for the identity of the whistle blower to be made public and called the person a "traitor" and a "spy" and said they should be treated as we once treated spies - (execution).
