This course has been informative. I have learned that conflict is something that is human and a natural part of life. Relationships are something that is built and important in society. My goals consist of active listening, analyzing feedback and asking questions for clarity. This allows processing and making necessary changes for growth. I am not certain on continuing my educational journey at SNHU, however with all the feedback I have received I obtain skills to assist in my academic growth. I have always looked at feedback with an open mind rather good or bad. An online learning environment requires participation and being supportive of others diversity. Navigating conflict in communication is essential. You have the opportunity to understand all people are different, understand clearly on the message providing empathy within the situation. Showing respect and being venerable towards the situation to reach a resolution. SNHU offers support academically through online academic support center or online subject workshops or online writing support. Resources such as career counseling and academic advising can support your path to success. Asking for help is an available and beneficial when you are not intimidated to overcome the challenges that aeries in successful completing your journey.
