This course is an introduction to the basic concepts and topics in organizational behavior (OB) and management. The course focuses on OB at three levels: individual, group, and collective (organizational). You will be placed in groups to complete the core assessment project around week four of the course (in an eight-week course) or week ten (in a 16-week course). You will be tasked with completing a business report, showcasing your abilities to apply the many theories and concepts explored in this course by studying an organization through an organizational behavior lens. For this project, you will reflect on an organizational problem and formulate recommendations to resolve or assist with the problem identified
