Discussion Prompts What factors affect the ability of an organization to climb from an "Aspirational" capabilities level to a "Transformed" one? Why do you think there are instances where intuition is preferred over analytics, such as Brand Management, and Workforce Planning? How would you characterize the three main obstacles to analytics adoption, and how would you deal with them? How do you foresee the main analytics tools will evolve in importance in the near future?
