This example illustrates which concept of socialization?

Before ever working as a coal miner, Jet learned about the profession through his father and grandfather. They are both coal miners. As Jet grew up$,$ he heard many stories about what this job was like. These stories helped socialize Jet to understand some of the social norms of the job and gave him an idea of the "types of people" that do this work. This instilled in him beliefs about how communication works in the coal mines, long before starting his job.
