Construct a tally sheet of something that interests you. For example, you can visit a restaurant and record the types of mistakes/activities you see being made around you by the waiter, greeter, cook, bus boy, etc. It doesnt need to be mistakes. Another example - Have an interest in the types of trees in your yard or a nearby park take a walk around and construct a tally sheet of them. Or, want to know the makes of cars in the parking lot...
