This experience is set up in a manner to replicate a work team, for example, a marketing team to implement a new software package; there are different roles, different strengths and weaknesses, a wide variety of variables and stakeholders to consider, and I'm guessing just as in "real-life", managing and navigating the human element of the team was the greatest challenge.
Detail and Describe your experiences in this online class.
a. List three aspects you enjoyed (or tolerated well enough).
b. List three aspects that you didn't enjoy (and group work can't be one... as you all enrolled in a class that clearly detailed this upfront).
c. What did you learn about your skills for working with a group of people?
d. What can you improve?
Using this experience as an example, how would you answer the following interview question, "Tell me about a time when you were on a team, what went well, what could have been improved, and what role did you play in the final results of the team?" You will be asked a similar question of that I am confident, and why not begin preparing your answer now, after all, those who interview well, are prepared!
