This group assignment will help enhance your analytic, critical and collaborative abilities, all of which are essential components of leadership. A thematic analysis is not mealy descriptive, it is a in-depth selfcontained critical analysis of themes that informs and problematizes leadership. You will be required to submit one written analysis for your entire group, there is no possibility of severing one group member from the others. Here are some of the aspects you might address in your thematic analysis:

A thematic analysis of leadership implications that extend beyond the literature to include examples that informs and impacts leadership in the global context. Your group will chose 3-5 interconnected themes that informs or problematizes leadership, then offer actionable solutions and recommendations. You will be assessed on the clarity of your critical and conceptual understanding of leadership.

Guiding Questions, and, Additional Factors: What are the key issues? Are there any underlying issues? Who or which groups are the subjects of your themes, what was their role? Were there any marginalized or discounted groups or perspectives? Are there leadership or ethical gaps, what leadership styles prevailed throughout? What is the best possible outcome, what are your recommendations? Are there any inter-disciplinary (eg. legal, regulatory, HR, media ...) considerations?
