This in class activity is to help you start reviewing the topics that were covered throughout the course and prepare you for the final exam. In groups of 4 or 5 you will be asked to review the modules. You will be asked to identify what your groups thinks are the top 5 challenges facing the hospitality industry, Explain the challenge and find a court case to support your challenge. i.e The service of alcohol - the challenge is providing the appropriate level of care under the "duty of care". Quote court case McLaughlin v. Cerda. Be prepared to present your findings in the next class.
