I have considered Amazon as a fictitious company that is considering a product acquisition of a self driving car (startup). Initially we are required to do the SWOT analysis with a focus on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)for the company we have chosen.

After this you need to select three fictitious competitive risks that you believe would beof concernin the acquisition of a new product.

The primary purpose ofqualitativerisk analytics is to rank, prioritize, and categorize risks for the purpose of determining and assessing if further analysis is justified to clearly articulate andquantify the risk. In this week's assignment you are requested toqualitativelyassessthethree competitive risks and assess if they couldpotentiallyrequire furtherquantitativeanalysis. You are then requested to provide a two pagesummaryof how youqualitativelyassessed these risks usingScenario Analytics andIndustry Fusion Analytics .I amnotexpecting you to perform a detailedqualitative riskassessment. In this class we are moreconcerned with the analytics-basedmethods and techniquesused in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.I would only request that yousummarize what steps you would takeor have hypothetically taken toassessthelikelihood and impact for each of yourthree risks using the conceptual techniques. It is important for you to conclude, by risk, if there is a need for furtherquantifiableanalysis.
