Question 2: Woodbridge Furniture's online sales have been a huge success and Ricky Sandhu is looking to expand his market all across Canada. However, before he can do this Ricky knows he will need to upgrade his software. Ricky once again hires you to help him. You are a business expert and a knowledge worker and you have studied Busi 237. You explain to Ricky that he needs to upgrade his software to be able to store all online transactions. This will allow Woodbridge to be able to quickly give customers online access to their previous transactions. It will also allow Woodbridge to quickly print out a nicely formatted list of the current week's orders. Ricky would also like to be able to look at all the sales for the same month of the previous year including subtotals and grand totals so you will need to explain how that can be done. Using the terms and concepts from your textbook discuss the issues in this question and explain what you will say to Ricky
