All of these choices would be a good choice for different reasons, there are pros and cons for each person. I think that Jamal would not be a good fit for the position, I think because the company has already been having problems with rough patches and I think having a project manager who is insubordinate would not be a good fit. I also think the same thing about Mark, I think he would be a good fit but I don't think it would be good if his ideas rubbed people the wrong way as a project manager. I think if I was the person to make the decision I would choose Isabela. Isabela has a master's degree in project management, and even though she doesn't have work experience I think a Master's degree would give her enough experience. "she excelled in her academic studies and internships. According to her references, Isabela is known for her fresh ideas, adaptability, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well with just about anyone." I think this part of her summary made me think that she was the best option for this project manager position. I think since there have been a lot of rough patches in the company, having someone who could get along with anyone is very important. She is very creative and I think she would be a perfect fit.
