This is a great question. Organizations do need many things to keep them running successfully. However, customers are the ones who will truly keep any organization/company running the way it needs to. Without returning customers, a company cannot continue to be in business. This is why servant leadership is crucial. Each position level among an organization should have a servant leader who is willing to treat others with respect and understand their employee's needs. As each position level follows this role as a servant leader, customer satisfaction will increase. This is what keeps customers coming back for more.
