This is a Group Assignment

FAR:  Phase 1 (5%)

1. Select the job you are recruiting for (create this job) This will be the job you will continue to use throughout the term project. ie: Nurse, Teacher.

2. Create an outline (1 page) listing your group name, members, discuss the contents of your assignment, and how you choose this job for your Team Project.

3. Create a job description and a relevant job ad for a role that you will be recruiting for.  (5%)  

Required Elements:  Job Title, Overview of the role, Required Outcomes, Qualifications & Skills, Education - Should be 1-2 pages in length

4.  Job Ad:  must be an advertisement you will use to post your role.  See attached samples.

This should be no longer than 4 pages in length.

Note:  Ensure you attach a cover page and a references page for any sources used in the development of the job description and job ad.
