I have decided to set up a system to pay students for studying. I could do pay for performance and just vary the pay based on your final marks. Instead, I have decided that it is more fair to pay you based on how hard you work, and whether you have the skills that you need to be a good student. This would require a job evaluation. Identify 3 compensable factors for my compensation plan, and for each one, provide three degrees for evaluating the factor (ie. how do you define high, medium and low levels?). Your primary concern is with internal equity (i.e. that students feel that their pay is fair compared to other students in the class). You may find it easiest to display this information in a chart
