I have decided to set up a system to pay students for studying. I could do pay for performance and just vary the pay based on your final marks. Instead, I have decided that it is more fair to pay you based on how hard you work, and whether you have the skills that you need to be a good student. This would require a job evaluation. Identify 3 compensable factors for my compensation plan, and for each one, provide three degrees for evaluating the factor (ie. how do you define high, medium and low levels?).
