This is a MATLab question: write a function called length$\_$fence that takes two input arguments:

lng: the perimeters of different houses in a neighborhood

seg: the length of one segment of fencing material

The function returns one output: the numbers of segments we need for each given

length of fence $($or for each house$).$ Note that we can cut a segment shorter $($rounding$)$ if needed
