Identify the business name and processes involved then gather any available data and report and review on your own. Extract a table of the relevant data to represent the trend in the statistics and plot a graph to illustrate and analyse trends. If it is your own customer service experience outline how you would collect such data and research online for similar data that has already been mined.

Using theory you have learned and the data from above,

Discuss the main economic business process engineering and analytic theories you see at work,

Is the business process identified requiring solving the problem you identified

Do you see a trend in how this problem has arisen based on other companies experience in industry?

In your opinion, what process improvement initiative you think could be employed to address the problem?
