What are your thoughts on this comment?

Even though the restorative justice theory was developed to deal with minor offenses, these approaches are now being used for severe forms of criminal violence such as assault, rape, even murder (Zerh, 2015).For some it may contribute to closure. Nonetheless, the long term psychological effects are always a concern.
