A homeowner wants to add a new tiered deck on the back side of their home. Presently, there is an existing step-down concrete patio that is approximately 20 x 20 in the area where the deck will be erected. The deck size is to be approximately 30x30. The budget that homeowner thinks he can work within, is approximately $20,000. This is not a hard number, as the homeowner does not know what the cost will actually be. It is mid-April and the homeowner would like to have it completed in early June, but is not sure if this timing is realistic.
