This is a question regarding a business strategy. Here is a scenario what strategy would you come up with?

Wed like to get into a tier two photo print business with our amazing AI software that learns which photos you like the best and automatically sorts them in the next 6 months. RiteAid, EasyPrints, etc. We have a platform, APIs to deliver services, a fully designed but not built app/user experience and we are motivated to get a deal done to prove out the tech in a live customer environment.

How would you approach the goal and what you think the wining strategy is to get that first client.
